Some of the services available include litter and debris collection charges, evidence certificates, fire extinguishing, septic tank cleaning, funeral van services, sewerage cleaning, ambulance services, mobile toilets, and water tanker services.

Users can also report a variety of complaints, including those related to health, water supply, electricity, engineering, revenue, fire brigade, finance, garden maintenance, complaints from retired employees, as well as miscellaneous complaints.
